| I meant to do a review the day after I got my car back (so I had a bit of time to drive it around first) but I ended up shattering my femur that very day so was preoccupied. I?ve just started driving again and my car is running fantastic. Ara did a great job and I would highly recommend his shop. He did not try to ?upsell? me on anything and I will definitely be returning for any (heaven forbid) future car issues. |

| Ara is very knowledgeable, personable enough, and humorous! His prices are reasonable for quality work. My first time there, and was quite impressed by his mechanics honest assessment after inspection of my 2004 RAV4 and how he visually showed me that 1of 3 repair jobs recommended by another shop wasn?t necessary at this time. ???? Better prices, too?? |

| 1st Called to see if they could take a look at my vehicle . Ask how would it cost to take a look at it. Sure no problem gave me an estimate just to take a look at my vehicles then called me with a total estimate to perform the repairs. I said go ahead with the job a called me when the job was done. |

| Went in for 2 issues. 1 issue was fixed, the other issue seemed to have been missed. I called back the next business day, left a message with secretary early but did not get a call back until next day. |
